Management

— Recruited and managed an international visual design team of 20+ members.

— Aligned processes and developed a cohesive visual strategy for B2B and B2C brands.

— Assess and allocate resources, optimizing team competencies and workflow efficiency. Builds and leads project design team (internal/external) to ensure correct resource is allocated and project deliverables are clear.

— Developed a grading system and career development path for the design team.

— Coordinate the department to ensure seamless interdepartmental communication across all marketing channels.

— Oversaw brand identity for two company brands, ensuring adaptation across multiple communication channels.

— Regional Support: Work closely with global offices to implement regional activities tailored to local needs, including font localization, updates to regional brand guides, deck support, and workshops.

— Created and maintained two company websites, developing landing pages for new products.

— Integrated AI design technologies (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Recraft, MidJourney) and developed a guideline manual.

— Direct creative video content, from product videos to comprehensive advertising campaigns.

— Lead visual design for over 30 international gaming conferences annually, including Gamescom, GDC USA, and Tokyo Game Show. Developed cohesive visual concepts and scaled the style across different channels.

— Independently created visual solutions for unique challenges and presented them to C-level leadership.

— Organization and optimization of work processes in design.

— Work with commercial and communication projects 360.

— Leading products (RBC Style, ADV, Conferences).

Management

— Organization and team planning (25+ people).

— Preparation and control of the budget of the design department.

— Determining team goals. Development strategy for each employee. Setting motivations for growth.

— Hiring new employees to your team, adaptation, evaluation and subsequent motivation.
